神马VPS自IXWebhosting推出中文站以来，ixwebhosting得到了大家的关注，近期又得到最新消息，ixwebhosting将于近期提供中文客户服务。
来自国外的可靠消息，ixwebhosting正式对外宣布将提供中文客户服务，预计推出时间在2010年一月份左右，届时ixwebhosting的中文站 将提供中文的livechat及ticket服务。目前还未得到有关中文客服的细节问题，期待能够早日在ixwebhosting的livechat上用中文聊天。
2009年，ixwebhosting在进军中文市场上连出重拳，4月份率先支持支付宝，11月份推出中文站 cn.ixwebhosting.com，一个月之后又对外宣布将提供中文客户服务.ixwebhosting的努力也没有白费，从alexa的流量数据 上来看，中国的流量已经占ixwebhosting总流量的36%，远远超过美国，位居第一；从论坛的人气来看，ixwebhosting交 流区的人气仅次于Godaddy交流区的人气，位居第二。这都说明，ixwebhosting在中国市场的一系列的措施取得了明显的效果。
ixwebhosting在国内的知名度也大增，国内的多家网站媒体，包括新浪，网易，cnBeta,doNews,站长站以及很多地方新闻网站都对其进行了相关的报道。
