神马VPS1995年成立的保加利亚超级老牌服务器商家itldc宣布新增HDD-VDS（大硬盘vps，主要还是应用于存储数据等方面），当前仅限索菲亚数据中心，其余11个数据中心都是常规SSD硬盘的VPS。与常规VPS不同的是大硬盘vps是限制流出流量的，但是不限制流入流量，而常规VPS是不限制流入和流出。
