神马VPSNetooze很早就跟vultr一样是按小时计费的商家，但是Netooze的机房比较冷门，国内用户并不多，除常见的Linux系统外，还可以选择Windows2019操作系统。但是带宽比较小，默认只有50Mbps，哈沙克斯坦只有10Mbps，不过Netooze是云服务器配置，可以单独增加CPU、内存、带宽之类的，冷门机房冷门商家，有兴趣的可以尝试下。
