神马VPS近日，在工信部制定并公布的《互联网域名管理办法（修订征求意见稿）》规定中，禁止互联网接入服务提供者为在国外注册的域名提供接入服务，也就是在Network Solutions或GoDaddy等注册的域名无法托管在中国境内的服务器上。
《修订征求意见稿》第三十七条规定，“在境内进行网络接入的域名应当由境内域名注册服务机构提供服务，并由境内域名注册管理机构运行管理。
在境内进行网络接 入、但不属于境内域名注册服务机构管理的域名，互联网接入服务提供者不得为其提供网络接入服务。”第三十九条规定，“提供域名解析服务，不得为违法网络信息服务提供域名跳转。”违反规定将被责令限期改正，视情节轻重并处一万元以上三万元以下的罚款。
《修订征求意见稿》还要求记录并留存域名解析维护日志和变更记录。（完）
